Following a superb evening in London on Monday 24th September, we are extremely proud to announce that Home Hunts won two 5 star awards for both ‘Best Real Estate Agency France’ and ‘Best Real Estate Agency Website France ’ at The International Property Awards 2012 – 2013.
Both the coveted accolades were announced and presented to our Directors, Francois-Xavier de Vial and Tim Swannie (pictured) at a gala banquet attended by property professionals at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Monday, 24th September.
The International Property Awards and it’s winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global property industry. Attaining one of these esteemed awards is indisputable evidence that Home Hunts is capable of beating some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive European property arena.
The International Property Awards is now in its 17th year and has become recognised as the highest standard of excellence in the property world. Over the past few years, Director, Tim Swannie who is a resident in France has become a trusted source of knowledge on the French market and is often quoted in the national newspapers, magazines and trade publications. Commenting on Home Hunt’s impressive double award win, fighting off competition from some of the leading agents in France, Tim Swannie says:

The judging panel consisted of more than 70 professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property awards. This year’s judges include Sir David Michels (President of Hilton Foundation), Ben Elder (Global Director of Valuation, RICS), Christopher Hall (Past President of NAEA), Ian potter (ARLA Operations Manager) and Thijs Stoffer (CEO International Property Manager). The judging process takes many months and all aspects of the competitors business are scrutinized from marketing literature, sales process, website and database systems, client service, advertising and marketing campaigns and so on. The board contact clients and companies for references and are even known to “secret shop” competitors to experience their service first hand.
