The lease on the land has a further 92 years to run. The chalet has to be used for tourist rental purposes; the current owners have a rental contract with an independent Tour Operator for the winter season which runs until 30/04/2026. Personal use is entirely possible as the bail does not specify how many weeks the chalet must be rented.
