Nevache is a traditional alpine village nestled just below the Col D’Echelles on the border with Italy.

The 2 chalets are connected by a stone clad outbuilding which has a working office and all necessary services to convert in to habitable space. The 3 buildings surround a lovely private courtyard. The whole property is set on nearly 1500 m2 of land.

Nevache is a quiet alpine village located at 1600 m altitude, just 20 km from Briancon and only a short drive over the Col D’Echelles to the Italian border. It is a destination for a certain type of tourism, where nature and traditional alpine activities prioritise over commercial fuss. The Claree Valley is one of the most liked valleys in the area, offering stunning walks and beautiful river running it’s full length.
